Jennifer Bailey has over 17 years of experience practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, probate litigation, and guardianships and conservatorships. Her experience includes wealth transfer planning for multi-generational families, family businesses, blended families, and non-citizen spouses. She also has experience with will contests, breach of fiduciary duty issues, incapacitated clients, trust interpretation and common law marriage.

What she enjoys most about practicing law, and estate planning in particular, is the opportunity to help people through what could otherwise be an especially difficult or awkward process. Ms. Bailey is passionate about educating clients to allow them to be true participants in the planning or administration process.

Jennifer and her husband, Shawn, have four children – three sons and a daughter. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family.  In addition, she enjoys walking her two dogs, volunteering at her children’s school, experimenting with healthy cooking, and playing the flute in her church’s music ministry.
